Re: Boy, 6, 'thrown from 10th floor' of Tate Modern

I think the primary consideration is finding out facts and getting the offender into a fit state to enter a plea .

You seem to have sympathy for violent people, but there is no doubt that he harmed the child.
If they prove that he is seriously mentally damaged he should be locked up for life, in an institution.
If he isn't , I dread to think of the treatment he will get in prison, probably from people who have their own children of that age.
Either way, he should never be allowed out to harm others & there will be very few that care!

I agree! I saw an article the other day suggestion that more people are wanting to see the return of capital punishment, owing to the increase in violent crimes!

Seems you all have this case cut and dried .
I wouldn’t like to see any of you part of a jury quite honestly ,you’re positivly frothing at the mouth for the return of capital punishment so entrenched in the fact that it will stop violent crime .Oh but wait . I think it’s more about cutting the costs of keeping offenders alive in prisons .

God but you’re so judgemental Muddy !
Can he actually help what he’s been afflicted with ?
It’s obvious there’s something dreadfully wrong with him but you seem to look down on those kind as if they’re not even human beings .
