We are having pumpkin soup as husband bought home a huge pumpkin last night so its now cooking with leeks and onions and carrots herbs and spices..I made some cupcakes earlyier so we have been eating those as we both lost weight this week so we are making up for it..I was going to make a pumpkin pie as well but our waistlines dont need that..so i will freeze half the pumpkin..
