Pixie darlin' - not nearly enough to maintain body and soul together you need a lot more than that to build up your strength before your operation.

I have just eaten a lovely meal of grilled sprats. I've not eaten them in years. Cheaper than chips - very healthy - and I shared them with my dog Bonnie because OH has left the house until the smell has cleared and he can't eat something that looks back at him.

Pork chops, seasoned rice, applesauce and mixed veggies for me tonight. Always have a pot of green tea and a piece of fruit in the evening while I read for a while.
