Another surgeon and nurses or are we discrediting them instantly ? whistle blowers never do well in the NHS it's part of the problem with doctors closing ranks and nurses zipping their lips. Speak up and make the service better !

It may not always be so, but certainly has been on some occasions. I think you are being unfair to Julie in this instance.
