Toast. Delicious. So many things to put on it. The list is endless.

I've many favourites. Egg, cheese, ham, tuna Mayo. Marmite.

Favourite, if I'm being naughty - strong cheddar cheese. Alternatively, marmite.

I think possibly cheese & tomato, with a dash of worcestershire sauce - yummy.
But for toasted sarnies, I like either cheese & ham or cheese & mushroom.

Ah yes, I forgot the essential worcestershire - never have toasted cheese without it!

Here it is always served on a lightly toasted baguette and really is delicious, it doesn´t taste the same on "flat" bread.

I'll have to try that next time, then - I'll do a controlled trial with half the baguette toasted and half untoasted
