A Good Afternoons Work.

Hi

Not by me I may add, I still have to be careful.

Polytunnel repaired and cover refitted, garden shed door refixed, both after the storms.

Lawns cut, 2 bamboos and 14 other grasses and palms planted and 20 bags of compost moved from front to back and containers filled.

£60 all in, a happy Womble.

Hi

A lovely neighbour, son is autistic.

Most round here are decent people, just the few who make life difficult.

Carers, nurses, tradespeople, youngsters buying their first house before moving on.

A fair few like me, downsizing, just a few social housing and private rents making life difficult.

That can happen anywhere.

I am not moving, the pillocks can move.

That is just me.

Once famously described by my Mother.

He can be a trifle acerbic at times.

A Windmill Palm! Excellent. I happen to be looking for one to put in the backyard, which is fairly small. We get a freeze or here too, which calls for a cold hardy species.

I happen to be out looking today and will keep you posted. I hope yours grows well!

Nice to read about your neighbors.

Hi

Thanks for that.

20 cm potted cost $12 for 3, a bargain.
