I loved Russ Conway, met him in Weymouth once with my Mum, when we were on holiday & went to his concert. He was lovely.

He had a sort of shyness about him didn't he? Attractive too.
I googled him and was astonished to read he suffered with depression, self doubt, smoked 80 fags a day and drank heavily.
