Hi Ruthio - I have to be careful not to miss anybody who slots themselves in between me rushing through these answers lol

I've never taken anything in the way of steroids, muscle enhancers etc except to drink protein shakes and as you mention, legal bodybuilding supplements from Holland & Barrett such as creatine and whey powder.

A lot of it is to do with the diet anyway and keeping that under control as well as getting adequate rest is the basis of keeping in shape. But you also need to put a lot of physical effort in too

I always get the impression that you are caring and quite soft hearted, despite your manly physique. Are you?

I'm enjoying this, despite not being one for narcissism as a rule.
Thanks for the questions so far, I'm off to the gym now and I shall return late afternoon. Crank things up a bit if you like

Just seen your question in time, Twink.

I think get those traits from my late dad who was very mild-mannered and quiet. He would do anything for his family, however little money he had. I miss him lots.

My mother had a more dominant persona, which is where I get my occasional temper tantrums from lol.

Yes, I think I look after my wife and family as much as is possible, twink. As mentioned earlier, the "manly physique" is the result of a lack of confidence when I was young, so I had to do something about it. True, I'm physically strong and muscular but inwardly I can cry like a baby at the most trivial of things
