Absolutely! Laughter, social interaction, raising curiosity, and exploring new ideas - plus the hours of cognitive challenge and problem solving it takes I spend stalking everyone on social media.

Ha, kidding, of course, about the latter, but this forum has inspired me to learn significantly on any number of topics - and rethink any number of positions I have had on several ideas. Besides, I suppose anything is better than neuron depleting television
