I Wish l Was A Cowboy/Indian Scout Or A Trapper!

So that l could recognise the footprints in the snow of the wild creatures that roam my garden at night.

Can you recognise footprints in the snow and name the creature?

Edited to say... I think l should have said, Tracker not, Trapper!

What a great thread,Art, I recognise bird feet in the snow, but not what type of bird.

Re: I Wish l Was A Cowboy/Indian Scout Or A Trapper!

There was this indian Arty, and a couple of cowboys found him lying with his ear to the ground......He gestured for them to come closer....And in a broken trembling voice said "A stagecoach - carrying gold bullion - four passengers and two drivers - being pulled by four white horses" "Blimey!" said one of the cowboys. "You can tell all of that by putting your ear to the ground?"......"No! it's just run over me neck!".....
