Hundred Year Old Drivers

Did anyone watch that last night, what surprised me wasn't the driving, but all but one seemed not to need glasses to drive. The son who visited his dad to vet his driving seemed rather tense.

I hope that I have the sense to give up driving before I become a danger to myself and others.

What I did not realise that you don"t have to any kind of medical exam.

I saw it and the lack of spectacles surprised me too!

I thought their driving was shocking. However the examiner gave that shocking old boy as ok.
Had to laugh at the younger drivers who consider people were too old to drive at 55.
Also sorry that the guy in the old classic at Bosham has since died.
Oh and did get an urge to get another motorcycle, the guy was really enjoying his ride out.

Shouldn't laugh, but did you see the motorcycle guy overcompensate when turning into the road off his driveway, sort of thing I would do, and I'm a lot younger.

I agree with dukeofearl, I thought most of the driving was shocking. They regularly strayed into the middle of the road across the white lines, and I think they were lucky not to have any mishaps.

The examiner grabbed the wheel while in with that old chap a few times, so I never expected the old guy to be told to continue driving but take some lessons, and I agree with spitfire that the son of the other oldie looked quite tense!
