I too have tinnitus and have tried radio at night but could never find a station or mood to relax me.

Probably just me...

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm using them all.
Last night there was a quiz on radio four ex... it was enough to send me back to sleep.

Tonight, I'll try a different station.
