Well, I have to visit my chemist then Tesco today so will get out a bit. It's freezing outside so it should invigorate my senses.

You don’t have to miss out on your coffee if you drink decaf which doesn’t stop you sleeping. If you buy a decent brand you hardly notice the difference in taste.

I only have 1 and a half cups in the morning, nothing after noon and I dislike decaf.

It wasn't coffee that was keeping me awake; rather it was a situation over which I had no control and it was hard to let go and move on.

Last night's sleep certainly helped, though, and today I've had my favourite brie and pastrami sandwich.

Glad you are seeing your doctor, you said you've been seeing her for some time so she knows you pretty well, hopefully she will prescribe something that will help.

Well another night of torment...I didn't sleep 'til around 6 and then only to 10. I feel pretty miserable but have had a bath and shave.
