Re: Cheese, onion and mashed potato pie
Been doing it for years.
I boil potatoes and onions, mash, add two thirds of cheese and mustard and mash. I then add a couple of eggs and mix. Into a dish with the rest of the cheese and a couple of tomato slices on top and bake.
