I have lived in many places some for a just a short time mainly because of my childhood circumstances which set the pattern for my life .
My mother died when I was a baby and I went to live with various relations. My Father married again and I did not get on with my stepmother so took a live in job at the age of 15.

I've never lived anywhere else only Dublin.

London hertford, Brighton, Norfolk and suffolk can't remember all the names of the villages we moved an average of every 6 months for ages, eldest went to 14 schools

I have moved around a lot in my lifetime though not great distances only Staffordshire and Shropshire

Telford for the last 22 years
Chatwall was my favourite place as it was a farmhouse and after living in the middle of a large town it was like paradise to me it is where I would like my ashes scattered Chatwall is a small hamlet just the farm and the hall overlooking the South Shropshire hills of Caradoc and Lawley it is just beautiful there....

Suey ..You have lived at some places i lived i was living on Fibbersley which is on wednesfield /willenhall border and i lived at Oakengates in telford shropshire for 8 years and i lived at shawbury near shrewsbury for 6 years also.. ,,I am now in Rugby for a while but hope to head back to shropshire when husband retires ..If i can last that long as i want to come back now...

Hmmmmm let's see.
Born and raised in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.
Au Pair girl in Vienna, Austria
Married a sailor and moved to Portsmouth, Hampshire
Emigrated to New Zealand: Auckland and Christchurch.
Moved to Australia: still here in Ipswich, SEQueensland.

I do miss Yorkshire though. Still, my memories end in the 1970s and things are different now, aren't they?
