What????

Listening to some British Tourists being interviewed on the radio, and their experiences and efforts to leave Egypt with the current rioting situation.

One person said that their Tour Representative told them; "Don't worry, everything is fine"!!!


(Either that must be a huge under-statement or amazingly hopeful).

Here in Canada, the government are advising Canadians to take whatever flight they can to get out. They are sending in charter flights to take them out (not back to Canada though) and they will be required to #1 pay the government back for their flight to where ever, and to succure passage from where ever they are dropped to where ever they really want to go (assuming Canada). Helpful our government as long as they get paid back.

It's a real mess over there and Americans trying to leave are having the same trouble.

The Australian government is sending charter folights to get them to London or Germany (I believe) No charge.

just hope all tourists manage to leave ok
