That is pretty.I was daft enough to go up the bridle path at the back of our house in November a couple of years ago after heavy rain. I slipped over and broke my shoulder very badly, my arm looked as pretty as your thigh.
I got off lightly compared to you..looks nasty.

It’s looks very nasty .My M fell off his bike a couple of years back it skidded on a slick of mud on the road . He had a very bad fall but managed to cycle back home - some miles .
But he had a huge hematoma on his thigh ( caused by a degloving injury when the muscles part from their internal structures ) called a Morel-Lavallée lesion.
Very soon though he could not walk and I called the emergency services. The paramedics came out with a doctor
It was terrible his blood pressure fell and his heart stopped in the ambulance .
He is on blood thinners which exsasapated everything .
He was in hospital three weeks bandaged form the chest down and unable to leave the bed .
It’s not good to fall as you get older .
