No, never ... though years ago you might catch me munching a bag of chips wrapped up in newspaper, not the Times, obviously, usually a Beano or a Dandy.
Some people seem to treat their whole life like a running buffet and eat on the hoof as they're so busy. Perhaps that the only time they can eat their lunch?
Other's are obviously just grazing ... they tend to wobble when they walk.

Sometimes if I'm pushed for time I may devour a sausage roll if I get peckish.And I'll quite happily eat fish and chips sat on a bench at the seaside - but no, not in the street.
I will eat an ice cream walking down the road on seldom occasions I do have an ice cream.

Not only do I not do it because I have a detestation of dirty, mucky, sticky fingers, but down here one risks the distinct possibility of being mugged by Herring Gulls and having whatever food you have in your hand stolen from your grasp.
