Sloes

I'm being lazy. Anyone seen any sloes ready for picking yet? I don't want to go trudging miles across the fields with my achy feet, just to find they are nowhere near ready
yet!

Jean sloes are not usually ready until October preferably after the first frost.
I like sloe and apple jelly , lovely with pork /game/cold meat.
