Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup

Reminds me of my studenty days.

We used chicken, not pork, and served with rice.

I use Campbells chicken soup with leftover chicken/turkey with onions, carrots and garden peas with a cheesy mash topping.

Mine’s cooking. Also boiling some potato, sweet potato, carrot and peas. Will mash the two potatoes.

Should be enough for another meal tomorrow.

Re: Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy.

Well that was rather tasty! Far too much sauce left, so what I did was counted out 10 spoonfuls into a dish with one steak, 10 onto the plate to eat now, and then will freeze the remainder. I can use it in another recipe later, maybe.

The dished up portion can be eaten another day (might have a pie tomorrow).

Very nice.
