I am sure we all can, but then we all need to remember the times that we have thumped the car when it wouldn't work, or kicked the washing machine when it was full of water and stopped working.
Robots are just machines but we feel emotion towards them because they are made in our own image!

Bit cweepy how close robots are to appearing human nowadays. They will replace all sorts eventually - if allowed to keep on developing that is. The way the world is going I wonder if we are going to end up in one stagnant, violent mess where innovation no longer plays any part.

Oops - slipping into doom and gloom yet again ...
