I’ve only been here for less than 2 1/2 years. It’s the first senior site I joined and I like it. I was born in England but now live in Canada and there are many things I don’t understand which I have to look up if I want to answer a question. For instance the other day there was a thread about favourite alcoholic drinks but I wasn’t familiar with the terminology so had to research it.
That happens more than I’d like to admit. The politics section can get a bit brutal at times but I usually stay at of that section since I can get too bent out of shape. Lol! Not so funny when it happens but funny now.

It's the fact that applying heat to bread releases sugars which makes it taste a bit sweeter that's one of the key attractions. Betcha didn't know that
