Re: Prostate Cancer

A very dear friend of mine had his prostrate removed some years ago and he has been fine since. I hope the operation is successful Pixie.

Re: Prostate Cancer

So sorry to hear that Pixie, he is young but let's hope that will work in his favour towards a full recovery.
As for your husband, what are they like? I had to nag and nag my old boss to go for a check up, he had all the symptoms and was worried sick. In the end he had the all clear.

Re: Prostate Cancer

so sorry to hear this news about your brother pixie, i hope all goes well.

as a nurse my hubby got badgered until he went for a check,
he found a small lump, which i was sure was nothing to worry about because of the limited knowledge i do have, but he did go and it was fine, it turned out to be scar tissue from when he had his vasectomy.

men don't like being checked out but its so important be safe than sorry
