You havent the faintest idea about any of this. You just keep making things up like your doing now.

You should try reading your own posts and answering questions

I gave you an explanation. You seem incapable to understand. So be it. You're not worth a further effort.

You said that if the EU makes a better trade deal with the UK it has to apply it to all the others it has.

Even if it would be detrimental to Canada or Singapore ...?

Is that right ?

If japan offers any third country better conditions on goods specified in paragraph 3 of article 2.8, it is obliged to offer the EU these same better conditions.

No it doesn't at all.

Your making things up

We could just get free trade on milk with the EU then when it makes a fta with someone else for all goods we will get everything too.

Is that right then?

Only what japan and the EU both signed onto in the fta is valid. I quoted article 2.8 for you. All else you ask is speculation on your behalf.

But what about the other countries it has an fta with. It has to apply the same for them according to you.

Is that right ?

Do these fta's include a similar article as the japan deal?

The deal with japan will be discussed in the japanese parliament in january. How will the breach of a treaty by boris go down with the samurai code of honour?

The deal between UK and japan puts harsher level playing field rules on the UK than in the present UK EU negotiations.
