It was sold to a Canadian Company, first the Shrewsbury factory was closed and production moved abroad, now LLanfyllin is closing and Telford is being downsized, production moved to the EU.
So what? If private companies it is up to the shareholders and board of directors what to do. The priority must be to always deliver the highest shareholder value.
