Foxy, my fall was a backwards one, no control over it, just ended up looking at the sky. Badly damaged elbow and hip.

Been there many times Foxy, on 30000 paces a day its going to happen statistically, getting back up intact is a never ending source of amazement, can't go on for ever though.

By the way I read that in truth if we really do get global warming we will lose the gulf stream and our climate will be colder.....might be wrong though..

Don't believe everything you read Summer.....

The climate has a habit of doing things on a million year turnaround despite what you've heard....

Snow on Christmas day and Boxing day would be nice though Summer, especially as it's on a Friday and Saturday.....Neither of which are my run days....
