That sounds the same as my CT scan Ffosse, except I could drink tea without milk. I had to drink a litre of water with iodine an hour before the scan and then they injected me with a dye once in the treatment room. I had to sit for 10 minutes after the scan and then if ok could leave.

Well, I missed my scan. I couldn't get to sleep last night 'til about 4 then slept through both my alarms. I phoned them up and they're going to send out another appointment.

Annoyed with myself, really, as I was wanting the scan over with. I'm not feeling well today, anyway, tired, a little nauseated.

Oh no Ffosse, how annoying! Hope they fit you in again fairly soon.

I’m having another off day too, I just wish I could get a good night’s sleep, let’s hope for a better day tomorrow!

I had more energy today; I went to the chemist and sandwich shop but felt I could make it up to the top of the hill where John Lewis is. I'm going to try this tomorrow as I've had far too many days inside, feeling exhausted.

The weather is much cooler now also, I think the heat doesn't help when you are exhausted anyway.

I'm going to try and get out each day, even if for a short distance and time.

Stuck indoors I've not been happy. There's only so much internet/TV watching I can do. I've not been reading, either, even though I enjoy it.
