You still don't get this do you ...

Your now changing your argument by saying that the EU will reduce its spending by 19 billion and the 5 billion will be left over as a rebate - this is simply absurd for a couple of reasons.

1. In order to get a rebate you need to put money IN not reduce spending.

2. You admit that by reducing spending that there will be austerity measures in the EU of 19 billion due to the shortfall of the UK contribution

3. The EU budget for the next fiscal period is increasing - not decreasing as you claim. Juncker has already declared this in his "state of the nation speech" earlier this year.
