Lots of little things make me happy.

Seeing the end in sight to a difficult problem I've worked hard at.

Being out in the middle of nowhere with my dogs with no sounds but the breeze and the birds.

Lounging on the sofa with their little warm bodies cuddled up around me.

Getting a call from an old friend I haven't seen for ages, to go out to lunch.

Seeing and sniffing my glorious perfumed roses and garden pinks - luv 'em.

Seeing the first Snowdrop appear.

Still enjoying relatively good health - there are many far worse off than me.

The list goes on. Maybe I am a just fairly happy by nature, I am sure that helps.

Playing with my lovely eighteen month old Grandson on the floor and blowing bubbles for him and the sound of his laughter brings joy to my heart.

Watching the dustman that's dropped rubbish on the floor picking it up and putting where it should go in the dustcart, nice to see someone who takes pride in their job and our environment, well done that man.
