The instructions are click the strips together, apply to the frame, attach to the wall, pressing down hard, remove the frame, leaving the sticky pads on the wall, press for 30 seconds, and wait an hour before putting frame back on. The frame should still have the pads stuck on it, to connect back to those on the wall.

Simples!!!

I bought some wire also and have put two frames up, with wire, and will wait to buy more frames. Have put two (bought today) perched on a surface.
