No Sweetie darlin' - I can't carry as much shopping as I used to be able to do, because I now have a walking stick (my constant companion), so only have one hand available - I find it much easier to shop 'on-line' and get my shopping delivered to me.

When I come home I have to climb to first floor up stairs, often these days find myself at bottom of them ringing the doorbell to get a more able bodied bod to come down and assist me with the bags. As for cups and glasses I do one at a time these days as my shaky hands has spilled many a cup.At work they very kindly got me a trolley to do the bins when they realised I was struggling, how lovely was that !
