I didn’t know ‘proper’ true love, until l had my first baby.

Yes, holiday romance in Italy, I was in love with the Chef at the Hotel where I was staying with my friends. I went to Italy 3 years running just to be with him and I know he did love me as well, but after 3 years I them met my Husband to be and realised that I was going to get married, I decided to write a letter to my Italian Lover to tell him, that I won't be coming back to Italy any more as I have found someone else. He was that upset with me, that he didn't reply to my letter. Then about 2 years later he did write back to me and said how upset he was with me, of course I had to hide the letter, its thrown away now.

He wanted us to get married out in Italy.

Hi

Yes, the love of my life, the mother of my kids.

I loved that woman in a way that many would not believe.

There was absolutely nothing I would not do for her.

It was an absolute shock to be dumped by her on the day of my heart attack and then to find out that she had been having an affair for 11 years.

Two hours after I was admitted she was allowed in to see me, sat on the edge of the bed and said who will look after me now.

I had an emergency quadruple bypass and when allowed home, a few days short of our 25th, arrived to find the house and Bank Accounts empty.

That hurt, it really did , had told the kids a bunch of lies about me.

I then had a string of tall, slim, blondes, to no great effect.

Then met a lovely lady, no great looker, but genuinely lovely.

In the terminal stages of breast cancer.

Now sadly no longer with us.

I am still optimistic about meeting that special one.
