Gosh, how does she stand on those kitchen tiles in bare feet. I couldn’t bear that, as the cold seems to be drawn into your feet and up your legs!

I use those lunge moves to step over piles of rubbish and dirty washing left on the floor.

And that floor climbing exercise is one I tend to use when trying to get across our greasy kitchen floor, as well as when trying to get out of my soap scummed bath.

Exactly the same fitness benefits without having to clean at all.

I know. All these things that you've been doing for years as a matter of normal "common sense" methods being made into a video.

They ought to include this as a mandatory lesson in schools, assuming they ever get re-opened
