This is the block where Ms Tiggy Winkle lives - she's ok, just lost a lot of sleep early this morning !!!

Tell Jean we're thinking of her Geoff. Highlander was reading about the fire and said then "I wonder if Jeans near there"..

I see no mention of cladding, UJ,
They did mention lots of smoke
Smoke is usually associated with cladding, either exterior
or interior
Cladding, nowadays contains plastics or some other
derivative of oil, and is flammable.
There are dozens of apartment blocks in uk that are clad
externaly with these products.
There are people living in these blocks
There was a horrifying tower block fire 3 yrs ago.
The tower block was called Grenfell Towers
76 ? people were slow roasted to death in this fire

My questions are
WHY are these other tower blocks STILL clad in firelighters
WHY was this material allowed to be used
WHY is the enquiry taking so long
WHY did the enquiry start at the wrong end of the problem.
Residents or fire services or proceedures did not cause this
fire
The primary cause was the cladding,
It was plain to see on tv, the small fire at the bottom
corner, raced up that corner and spread outwards and within
minutes covered two faces of the building completely.
WHY?
WHY have we no answers from the enquiry yet
A blind man could see what caused the disaster
The people who were involved in putting firelighters on
residential buildings should be in court or prison allready
Its been so long the evidence has probably been tampered
with or has disappeared completely.
WHY? WHY? WHy?

Regards Donkeyman.

As you can see from the photograph in the clipping, this is not a tower block per se, and therefore no cladding. Only two people injured and taken to hospital for smoke inhalation luckily because the Fire Station is only 2 minutes away.
