Re: Aldi or Lidl

There are more Aldi's closer to us, so we use them. Their meat is really very good, and for a good price. We're going to get out turkey crown from them this Xmas.

Re: Aldi or Lidl

I use both as I like them both but if I HAVE to choose, I think maybe Lidl. The only reason I can think of why I'd choose that is they stock some yoghurts that are the best yoghurts I've ever tasted in my life and I'm always there buying more for me and my Dad (I go him hooked too)

They are Milbona protein yoghurts and they are so creamy and dreamy yum yum, especially the vanilla one. See picture below.

Re: Aldi or Lidl

Please be gentle with me!

Re: Aldi or Lidl

I like them both but I think Lidl have a slightly better range of food. It doesn't seem to have affected my health.

Re: Aldi or Lidl

I am such a snob that whenever l have gone in either Lidl or Aldi. (My daughter liked their Gormet Sea Salt Crackers) l didn’t get a basket and just wondered around pretending I didn’t know where anything was, in case they thought l was a regular shopper there.

In the car park, l put the hood up on my coat, in case anybody l knew was passing and saw me in there!

I am going to get slaughtered here!
