We always like to go back to Gran Canaria - Puerto Rico as this is where I met my husband 19 years ago whilst I was on holiday with friends and he was also on holiday. We have been back many times over the years never get bored with it.We have also found a beautiful place in this country we love going to Lytham St Annes. So peaceful, we are actually thinking of retiring there in a couple of years.

Ive a few,one is close to my home. Bishop Middelham Quarry in county Durham, and a Durham Wildlife Trust reserve.Mid July, a sunny day, sat on the steps looking south down the Quarry, a carpet of Orchids Wildflowers, Bees, and Butterflies, Corn buntings singing and a colony of Sandmartins feeding their young. Close my eyes and lose myself in the sounds and scents around me, and relax.
