Circulation Mystery .........

I have been taking a natural remedy the past few days for circulation and have noticed I am extremely cold !
I couldn't face going out this morning and I'm dressed in winter attire - I'm confused about this - can anyone shed any light as to why this is happening ...............

Re: Circulation Mystery .........

I think it's just the way the weather has turned extremely cold, it has been winter temperatures, only about 10/11 here during the day and down to 6/7 at night. There is a stiff wind from the North which will drop the feel of the temperatures another 4 or 5 degrees and chills you to the bone.
We had such warm weather in April that this weather feels like we've gone back to March.
I've got the heating on and wearing several layers and scarf when I go out.

Re: Circulation Mystery .........

Thanks Anita - I was shocked at how cold I was, usually I am in the winter, but its a very pleasant day today - also, I'm usually very hot due to nerve damage, so its very confusing at present ......
I think I'll take a tablet, depending on weather forecast - they may help with the heat I feel ........

I can imagine it would be when the nerve damage makes it hard to feel the conditions as they really are. There has been a noticeable change to much colder feeling in the past few weeks though, and I think that many people have been caught out dressing for warm spring weather when it's really chilly. It's forecast to improve over the weekend I think. Must go and check.

You've hit a point there Anita
I have been wondering the past few years, if the nerve damage does just that - sometimes I go crazy with it .......

Was going to say possibly the nerve damage, Steven gets extreme cold feet all year now even when it's 70 degrees he will say his feet are cold and the GP says that is nerve damage.

Patsy it could be pure coincidence that you feel cold and nothing to do with the 'natural remedy'.I doubt it can have much effect anyway, circulation is a complex thing.

It is still very cold in the mornings and there are odd viruses going around too, I think I had one yesterday which made me shivery.

I've been wearing socks in bed and I don't have nerve damage, the temperatures are very low at night, there was even frost one night earlier in the week.

My feet feel cold but to touch they are warm? They is a lot of people that have this problem but what is it? is it bad circulation or what..
I am wearing a fleece and and sometimes i put my gloves on even now when i go out. Mind you being sat at the computer doesn't help as your temperature drops considerably, so i need to do more i think
