It is quite plain to see that the one kneeling on him was doing it slowly and deliberately, rocking back and forth with one hand casually in his pocket.
The video evidence can't be disputed.

Only the evidence of multiple witnesses and a camera not to mention that Chauvin and Tou have repeated history of brutality .Lack of intention is not enough he was incapacitated and yet they went on to cause his death because they are brutes who have got awa y with too many times.
He wouldn’t have died of heart disease if he hadn’t had 200 lbs of cop on his neck .
They the Police always lie and say the suspect resisted arrest so what if he had drugs in his system ( they say that too) it’s not a reason to kill him . Too many eye witnesses AD and the all important video evidence supports them not the lying police .
Look what they have started by killing a man for no good reason at all .

Your claim that the cops only wished to inflict pain cannot be true
as l am sure every law enforcement officer knows compressing
the carotid artery does not cause pain, but merely causes the
victim to lose concious ness and eventually die painlessly

Anyway, what were these so-called drugs in his system?
They could even have been his heart meds for all we know.
Even if they were illegal drugs, that still doesn't give that cop an automatic right to kill.
He has come unstuck this time because his actions were filmed.
