Thought i would let you know but the pressure is off for the time being ..mortgage company have put me on interest only for 12 months and a poss 24 months if i need it ..they have also offered me a extension on the mortgage as the wife is 8 years younger than me that reduces my mortgage payments by 50% so a low paid job is more acceptable to take plus i have found out i am in credit how i dont know but i got 6 months free if i want it...either way we can at the moment afford things ...I did have a fleeting thought about renting out my house to pay the mortgage ...but i would still have to find somewhere to live ...and pay rent myself , ..but for now problem is solved .....
