You must be feeling very sad.

Joyce was a lucky lady to have a husband who clearly loved her very much and stayed true to her until the end x

So sorry, Jim, but it seems that she peacefully faded away, and I am sure she knew you were with her and felt your love.
I hope you have plenty of friends/neighbours to support you during this tough time and that you can take comfort in the fact that you looked after her so selflessly.
