Lovely fella and I agree with all the warm words everyone has already said. He'll be much missed.
But I never knew before that he also did the voiceover for Paul McCartney in the film, Yellow Submarine.
He always struck me as a person that wasn't actually "acting" but that he was being his own self in the roles he played, that being an affable, loveable type of rogue.
RIP Geoff he was a great actor/comedian and I will always remember him in The Royle Family when I hear the song Mambo No. 5 I thought that was hilarious.
