RIP David Barby

The antiques expert died 2 days ago sadly.. My other half helped nurse him and everyone said what a lovely man he was. He was certainly one of my favourite experts..

I was sorry when I heard David Barby had died. He was not very old - only 62 or 63, I think. He came across as a nice man with a subtle sense of humour.

What a shock to read of his passing.

He always seemed a nice gentle man who had an air of authority regarding his craft without being pompous.

He will be sorely missed by so many.

Really sad to hear of David Barby's death he was a favourite of ours on Bargain Hunt he seemed a very nice kind and a gentleman....
