I don't understand this bit from Sue Arnold "You have to let the site owner give you a price and then if you sell it for more to some one else you can keep the differance.£
Surely if they own the caravan, when they sell it they can keep all the money they sell it for.

If there is no signed contract between both parties, then there's nothing binding, and therefore ILLEGAL to try to force money from a situation which you were unaware of.

Only a signed contract by both parties is legal and binding - not an invisible piece of paper. There's no such thing these days as a "gentleman's agreement."

The CAB will definitely sort this out for you, Julie. Let us know how you get on.
