I have just been reading a recipe for a clementine and chocolate Christmas cake - it is in the new edition of the Sainsbury's magazine. It sounds wonderful and I am very tempted to try it
That sounds nice Katerina. I usually start my cake in November and then feed it occasionally with Cherry Brandy which I use as my alcohol for the cake. I then marzipan and ice and decorate it a few days before Christmas.
