I hadn't heard of this before, what a wonderful idea.

So sad to read about the suffering those poor children go through.

Hadn't heard of this either -very sad to read about the children who passed away and what they all have to go thru.

Well done you for doing something.

After the first email you send you get a reply from the person who is a kind of group leader explaining that not all the children are well enough to reply but they thank you for your letter and reassure you that you've made a child smile. Its very sad but very nice too.
