Some posts just go away.... without public humiliation or scolding.. that, IMO, is a good thing. No need to scold adults... Send the offender a warning in a PM.. and delete the dang post. I don't see a need for public flogging.

I think it's best if it's dealt with discreetly. Then there's less of a chance of members putting in their tuppence worth, slagging them off after their departure.

What I wonder is that some people go through life and they're very lucky they haven't had a slap. They are so deliberately obnoxious, just for the hell of it. It seems to give them some sort of kick.

Because 'loose cannons' are everywhere' and always shooting off about something - they cant help themselves ....
