What is it

found this in the flower bed below the scaffold. I have absolutely no idea what it is. plastic and hollow inside any solutions? it is about 10 inches in height

could well be. I have never ever seen anything like this or even guess what its purpose is.

If it is made from ceramic or flower pot type clay - it could one of those things that they used to put over milk bottles to keep them cool.

Could it be some sort of flower pot? Y'know, to stop the roots spreading around? You bury it in the soil and it keeps it contained? Otherwise, no idea...

fouind out what it is. It is the top cone to the conservatory, must have been knocked off when the put up the scaffold boards. Also damaged the conservatory roof glazing bar end cap. So they will have to repair that

Well, I was half right as it is a 'cone'. Just the 'little green men' are missing. Maybe they saw what this earth was like and the state it's in so scarpered back to where they came from!
