Rita McNeil.

Did anybody like the Canadian singer Rita McNiel. Unfortunately she died a few days ago from effects of an operation. She had a lovely rich voice and sang many great songs. There are videos of her singing on Youtube but I dont know how to do a link. Have a look at Working Man. R.I.P

No Mari I cant think of her at all. Seemingly Working Man was a hit in Britain in 1990 but unless I hear it I cant think what the tune goes like.

I came across her many years ago and still have some tapes of hers.

She had a lovely voice and I'm saddened to hear the news.

That brought tears to my eyes, love that music style, she reminded me of Nana Mouskouri who was my Dads favourite singer years ago and who I often listen to on youtube
