I modified it a bit

This time used less olives and chopped them up into smaller bits - much nicer as they're not so over powering this way.

I also ran out of red onions so had half red half white think I preferred the red a bit more. Also I forgot to say in my first post but I put some chopped coriander in there too!

Ah, another coriander (cilantro ) fan! That's something you generally like very much or don't like at all! One of my favorite light Summer cold dishes is Dan Dan noodles, lots of cilantro there!

Ah so that's what cilantro is I've heard it mentioned a few times and wondered what it was, didn't know it's your word for coriander lol

Acually, Azz it's usually referred to as coriander when it's the seeds and cilantro for the leaves. Same plant, two names. It's easy to grow too; tends to bolt in warm weather (will we ever have warm weather again?), but succession planting can take care of that.

Here I think they just say coriander seeds when they refer to them. Least that's what I thought - maybe one of the more experienced cooks will clarify
