Coriander is a wonderful herb (erb for our American friends)-not so difficult to grow and the roots are packed with flavour so use them as well as the leaves.

Saffron--that`s not cheap-in fact the price has risen an awful lot recently. But for a treat it has a flavour that is divine

I made a slight variation today, used green beans instead of peas and salad instead of cous cous
